PRICE DROP #3 - 85 Ilford Road - HILLCREST/WYCHWOOD

This house at 85 Ilford Road has been listed for 2 months.

It is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 133 foot lot and it was a flip.

It had been listed in April 2014 for $879,000. 

And though it was a little rough in spots, I really liked it.

But the first floor was gutted and opened up with new floors.  It was nice, but I didn't think it was $1,495,000 nice.  It was only 3 bedrooms.

It didn't sell and, by the beginning of October, the price was dropped to $1,459,000...which was probably still a little high.

The price was dropped again in a couple of weeks later to $1,399,180.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped for a 3rd time...

To $1,199,000.

Now it will sell.
