PRICE DROP - 45 Glengrove Avenue East - LAWRENCE PARK
I first posted this house in May 2013.
It's a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 100 x 135 foot lot at 45 Glengrove Avenue East in Lawrence Park and it was listed at $4,295,000.
The style wasn't for me and I found it kind of dark, but it was a grand home and could be amazing.
I just thought it was a little overpriced.
It didn't sell and, in April of this year, the price was INCREASED to $4,495,000.
I didn't get it and it looks like no one else did because this house is still on the market, but with a new asking price.
The new price is...
$4,250,000.
Just $45,000 less than the first asking price.
This is going to take a while.
