If you like the house at 226 Riverside Drive that is on its at least fifth price drop, but you were having a hard time getting past the fact that there are only 3 bedrooms...

If Riverside had more bedrooms, it would probably sell before this one. But it doesn't. And if you are looking for a river view with more than 3 bedrooms, this is it.
And if the smaller house at 6 Brule Gardens sold for $2,000,000...
This will probably sell fast and right around list.
