PRICE DROP #5 - 226 Riverside Drive - SWANSEA
has been listed for at least 2 years.
When I first posted it in July 2012, I mentioned that I preferred the streetview picture to the listing photo...
That's a nice house.
And it has an amazing view of the Humber River...
But it was only 3 bedrooms.
The asking price was $3,198,000.
Though it had been listed in 2008 for $2,998,000, and though I am not sure what it sold for, even if it did sell, it wasn't going to sell in 2012 for $3.2.
It didn't sell and, in June 2013, the price was dropped to $2,799,000. It was relisted in October for the same price.
No sale.
In May 2014, it was brought back on the market for $2,788,000. I thought that perhaps it might be a good idea to stage...

In September of this year, the price was dropped again to $2,600,000.
I suggested this book...
The house has been listed again...
For $2,600,000.
But it looks like they haven't had a chance to pick up that book yet.
Because the listing now includes a new angle of the tusks...
