This is a 1+1 (?) bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,700 square foot penthouse condo in the Monarch Building at 436 Wellington Street West.
I am not sure where the +1 bedroom is, but there is a his and hers washroom...as well as a his and hers balcony. And they have amazing views.
Actually, so does the hers bathroom. There is a pretty amazing view of the CN Tower from the toilet...

But that aside (and the fact that there is no barrier between the neighbours' decks), this is an amazing condo.
I am not loving the cabinets that probably came with the condo, or the his bathroom on the first floor, but those could be redone at not a massive expense. Or you could keep the cabinets, but this needs to be replaced...
An electric oven in a penthouse!?! Umm, no.
I think this is a great condo, and the way they have opened it up compared to Penthouse #4...
Makes it super bright and makes it feel much larger.
It was listed at $1,150,000.
According to MLS, it was still for sale yesterday. According to the agent's website, it was first listed in October (though I only saw it yesterday for the first time).
And it has recently sold...
So, if it hasn't sold (which it looks like it has), this is a great place.
