UPDATE - 160 Glen Cedar Road - CEDARVALE
In August, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lotat 160 Glen Cedar Road in Cedarvale.
It was a flip from a house that used to look like this...
I thought it was a really good flip.
It wasn't a huge house and had no formal dining room, but I kind of liked that. Upstairs, the rooms aren't huge and I wasn't crazy about the open shoe closet facing the bad. And on second look, I don't love the stone used in the bathrooms.
But it is a good house.
Thing is, there was no price. My guess was that it was listed at $1,999,000, but would sell for $1,899,000.
Well, though I don't know how long it has been, the price is now available.
And this house is not listed at $1,999,000.
It is actually listed at....
$2,195,000.
Which explains why it is still on the market 4 months later.
