PRICE INCREASE - 18A Heathdale Road - CEDARVALE*
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 46 (still don't get that) x 175 foot lot at 18A Heathdale Road in Humewood in October 2013.
If you were into this style of house, it was a good one.
I just couldn't figure out why they put in a shared bathroom in such a big house...
It was listed at $2,998,000.
I thought it was a little high and would sell closer to $2,599,000...maybe $2,650,000.
It didnt' sell and the price was dropped in February to $2,849,000.
Still no sale and the price was dropped again in July to $2,778,000.
Looks like it never sold because it is back on the market....
But this time, it's at an increase.
The new asking price is...
$2,829,000.
I guess with the growth of the market over the last year an a bit....
