This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 230 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.
It was last listed in 2011 when the asking price was $1,699,000 and it looked like this...
It's now back on the market.
And here is my reaction when I saw the current listing photos...
Soooooo.........
They redid the floors in a wood that doesn't match the stairs. They sort of knocked down a wall or 2. They replaced the wrought iron windows with vinyl windows. They did not dig out the basement and left the baseboard heating. They redid the bathrooms. They painted. They didn't touch the kitchen.
It's now on the market again...
For $2,890,000.
Sooooooo.....
Because this makes absolutely NO sense.
Unless, of course, it was done by the same flippers that did 166 Crescent Road...
P.S. This place is also for lease for $7,900/month. That is happening sooner than a sale.
