This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.75 x 120 foot lot at 42 Bloomfield Avenue.
It's a good looking house that is completely staged (where is that basement couch from?)...
And it looks great. I think I would want to change some paint and add a fence in the backyard. I'm not loving the kitchen, but it is still a good kitchen. Oh, and that roof isn't my favourite.
But otherwise, this is a good house
The asking price is $759,900.
Considering that the 4 bedroom at 87 Ivy Avenue...

And the other 4 bedroom with a rental apartment at 90 Ivy Avenue...

Then this as a 3 bedroom doesn't seem like price begging for a bidding war.
But when you think that the 1 bedroom flip at 288 Rhodes Avenue...
