This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 23.42 x 100.17 foot lot at 512 Balliol Street in Davisville Village.
It's a good house. I wouldn't say it is the most exciting house, but it is a solid house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, and what looks like new windows.
It's a move right in house.
And it looks like it has been REALLY well taken care of.

I don't think this house was tidied up just for the sale. I think this is what this house looks like ALL the time.
The asking price is $799,000.
That is the same asking price as the semi around the corner at 87 Cleveland Street that I posted 2 months ago.
Both are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom semis on similar sized lots. Cleveland had a parking spot which this one doesnt, but this house has a finished basement and what looks like a bigger backyard (though the lot size is only 2 feet different) that seem big enough for a family room addition.
The house at 87 Clevelend Street sold for $881,000.
Because of the parking and the fact that this is on a bit busier of a street*, I don't think this will sell as high...
But I could see it selling closer to $845,000....maybe $865,000.
If the no parking thing isn't an issue.
*NOTE: thanks to the reader below for pointing out that this street isn't actually busy. I was confusing it with Merton, one street south. This street, in fact, is not very busy.
