AND IT WENT FOR - 85 Ilford Road - WYCHWOOD/HILLCREST

Two days ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 17 x 133.5 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 85 Ilford Road.

The asking price was $1,199,000.

It wasn't the first time I had posted though.  The first time I posted it was in September when the price was $1,495,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,459,000...then it was dropped to $1,399,180...then to $1,199,000 in November when I thought it would finally sell.

It still never sold and was back on the market in December for $1,299,000.

Last week, the price was dropped again...

Back to $1,199,000.

It finally sold the day before I posted it...

For $1,251,000.
