PRICE DROP - 85 Ilford Road - WYCHWOOD/HILLCREST

This house has been listed for a while.

It's a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 17 x 133.5 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 85 Ilford Road in Wychwood/Hillcrest.

I first posted it in September when the asking price was $1,495,000.

Though it was a good house that had been redone with new floors, a new kitchen, and new bathrooms (except for the basement), it was only 3 bedrooms.  I didn't think it would sell for asking.

It didn't and the price was dropped in October to $1,459,000.  I thought it was still too high.

Then a neighbour at 95 Ilford Road...

Was listed at $1,295,000.

This house dropped its price to $1,399,180.

When 95 Ilford Road sold for $1,105,000, this house had another drop to $1,199,000.

Then for some reason, in December, this house had a price INCREASE to $1,299,000.

It didn't sell.

The price has been lowered again...

Back to $1,199,000.
