Three years ago, I posted the listing for this 9+4 (the listing now says 6) bedroom, 5 bathroom (the listing now says 4) duplex rooming house on a 20 x 151 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 69 D'Arcy Street.

I pointed out that if the quality of the photos was any indication, this house would be listed for a long time.

Well...

The house hasn't sold and the pictures haven't changed (actually the interior photos are no longer there)...

But it does have a new price.  

In 2012, it was listed at $1,290,000.

It is now listed at...

$1,990,000.
