By Wednesday, it was sold.
It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 27.5 x 60 foot lot. I thought it was a good looking house that had a new kitchen and a new deck, but not a very big backyard and no parking.
It was listed at $849,000.
I thought that considering the row house at 385 Albany Avenue...
Sold for $810,000 (okay, it was changed to $789,750, but that was probably agent fees as it was most likely the agent who bought it so I am going with $810,000)...
And though I didn't mention it, since the house at 22 Arlington Avenue...
That didn't have a finished basement, but had a large lot for an extension and 1 parking space that I thought would sell for $1,050,000, but had to be relisted at a drop to sell at $987,500...
I thought this house would sell closer to $920,000.
It sold in 2 days...
For $1,041,000.
