In February, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 130 foot lot at 78 Salem Avenue in Dovercourt Park.
It had first been listed in July for $1,499,000.
By the time I posted it, the price had been increased to $1,528,800.
It has now had a price drop...
To $1,288,000.
