RELISTED - 33 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE
Last May, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 203 foot lot at 33 Astley Avenue in North Rosedale.
I loved it, but I knew it wouldn't be for everyone.
It's not a huge house and the location isn't great. The street is really busy and this is the neighbour...

The asking price was $2,295,000.
Despite the location, I didn't think it would sit for long and would sell closer to $2,495,000...maybe $2,525,000.
Looks like I may have been the only one who loved it because it didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $2,199,000.
Again, it didn't sell and 3 weeks later, the price was dropped to $2,089,000...
And then in August, after not selling, I thought there would be another drop.
But apparently the house was rented out.
It's now back on the market...
For $2,199,000.
