Yesterday, I was going to post this house until I got sidetracked with the $28 million house at 194 Roxborough Drive in Rosedale.
Because when I first saw the photos of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 25 x 135 foot lot with 1 parking spot, I got really excited.
It was a completely open first floor with white tile floor, and I loved it. The couch is amazing, the fireplace is great with the yarn art above it. There isn't a typical dining room area as it has desks on one side and the 'library' (that's what I am calling it) on the other side, but it is functional. And the kitchen is larger and bright.
But it was going to be a love it or hate it room.
The rest of the house, though good, wasn't as amazing to me as the first floor, but it was still a solid house.
It was listed at $1,649,000.
