I don't know what it is about this house...
Because it's dated, I don't like the floors at all, if it isn't renovated soon, it looks like general upkeep might get really expensive...
But there is just something about it.
It's 5+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it sits on a 32.05 x 239.55 foot 'ravine' lot.
So, regardless of being dated, something peaked my interest when I saw that it was listed at only $1,729,000.
There had to be a catch.

Which is too bad, because this place, with some work, could be amazing.
