A little over a week ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom converted coach house on a 24.02 x 146.23 foot lot at 308 1/2 Wellesley Street in Cabbagetown.
It was the converted coach house of the house that I posted yesterday at 308 Wellesley Street...
It was a good house with large bedrooms, a double garage, and a super bright kitchen.
I thought that since the similar-ish house at 5 Wellesley Cottages...
That only had 2 bedrooms sold for $1,545,000...
This would sell for a similar price.
It was listed at $1,399,000.
It sold...
For $1,379,000.
Guess I should have gone with the $1,380,000 sale price of the other house this reminded me of at 7 Millington Street...
Because I seem to be a little off today.
