PRICE DROP #2 - 22 Cottingham Road - SOUTH HILL
At the beginning of March, I posted this 4+1 bedroo, 6 bathroom house on a 48 x 94 foot lot at 22 Cottingham Road in South Hill.
The listing said it was...
'South Hill's Landmark Home'.
It has to be.
And like all the other Grey Houses, this one was overpriced.
When it was listed in March, the asking price was $3,195,000.
In April, the price was dropped to $2,988,000.
It didn't sell, and the price has just been dropped again...
To $2,799,000.
Which means we get to keep watching this house....
Because it's probably going to have another price drop.
