And though I am not sure I am into all the black on the front, the inside is nice.
I like the floors, I like the fixtures, but I agree with a reader that the first floor layout with that office is kind of weird. A full open family room would probably make more sense if you are a family.
Unless they aren't marketing to a family. But then why would you have 4 bedrooms.
It had been listed already for about a month when I posted it in May and the asking price was $4,295,000.
With this in the backyard...
I thought that would be tough.
I was thinking this would go for maybe closer to $3.8, perhaps even less.
It never sold and the price has been dropped...
