When I saw this listing a few days ago...
I thought that even though this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom was on a 50 x 113 foot lot...
With 10 parking spots....
There was no WAY this was going to sell for the $1,499,900 asking price.
The house itself was very dated...
And it was not in the best location ...
Backing onto this row of stores and restaurants...
I thought that considering the house across the street on a 25 x 112.5 foot lot at 14 Simpson Avenue...
That didn't back onto restaurants, sold for $1,051,000...
Even though the lot was half the size...
I thought this place might sell for somewhere around $1,250,000.
It sold in 3 days...
For $1,750,000.
Guess the lot's getting divided?
P.S Where does one buy a bed like this!?!
