AND IT WENT FOR - 15 Laurier Avenue - CABBAGETOWN

I just posted the price increase for this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi at 15 Laurier Avenue in Cabbagetown.

It was first listed 2 weeks ago for $1,199,000.

I thought it would sell for $1,365,000.  On Friday, the price was increased to $1,299,000.

But since the first time I posted it, a reader pointed out that the garbage would either need to be dragged down the alley and back up the street, or through the house...

So, I didn't think this would go for $1,365,000 as I first thought.

Maybe $1.265,000....but not over $1.3.

Turns out, on Saturday, a day after the price increase, it sold...

For $1,280,000.
