AND IT WENT FOR - 370 Berkeley Street - GARDEN DISTRICT
Almost 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 19.08 x 123 foot with a 2 car garage at 370 Berkeley Street just west of Parliament.
It wasn't the first time I posted it.
It was for sale in June 2013 when the asking price was $1,495,000. I'm not sure what it sold for, but it wasn't selling and the price had to be dropped to $1,469,000. I am guessing it sold around $1,435,000.
This time, the asking price was $1,595,000.
I thought that considering the house across the street at 387 Berkeley Street had just sold for $1,701,000...
