But so was this...
So, the $779,000 asking price seemed a little high.
But considering the 2 bedroom house a few doors down at 95 Walnut Avenue...
Sold for $917,500 in October...
I thought this would sell over asking. I thought this would sell closer to $835,000.
It sold after more than 2 weeks on the market...
For $765,000.
