When I saw the outside, I had an image in my head of what it was going to be like inside. I was thinking lots of beige, an orangey brown kitchen, and boob lights.

But otherwise, I really like this house.
I like all the furniture (including the 5 IKEA Expedit shelving units!), I like the lights (except for the boob lights), the kids' rooms look like they are right out of Pinterest, and there is lots of space.
Just not a lot of outdoor space.
But if you are okay with walking a few minutes, this house is located minutes from Jimmy Simpson park.
There are no condo fees but the parking is a common element with a fee of $67.13/month for 1 parking spot. So, not the worst.
Overall, this is a good house that doesn't need any work.
The asking price is $989,000.
This will sell fast and probably right around asking.
