PRICE DROP - 96 Major Street - HARBORD VILLAGE
About 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 14.35 x 80 foot lot at 96 Major Street in Harbord Village.
It was a flip that was done by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments)...

And like all their previous flips, I liked this one.
But I thought the $1,399,000 asking price was a little high.
I was thinking it was more of a $1,275,000 house but that it would sell closer to $1,325,000...maybe $1,345,000.
It didn't sell and now the price has been dropped.
The new asking price is...
$1,379,000.
