AND IT WENT FOR - 1 Geraldine Court - PARKWOODS

In May, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 32.05 x 239.55foot lot at 1 Geraldine Court in Parkdale.

I didn't love the interior and felt it could use a little updating, but there was just something about it that I really liked.

You could throw some pretty good parties in that backyard...

Or use it as a video location...

(I don't know why I love this so much.)

It was listed at $1,729,000.  So, considering it was on a 239.55 foot lot, there had to be a catch.

And there was.

This house backed onto the DVP...

Not awesome.  But the house could be amazing.

Four months later after I posted it...

 It has finally sold...

For $1,660,000.
