PRICE DROP #2 - 23A Morton Road - DANFORTH

This is a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth and I first posted it in December.

It is a building in a laneway called 'The Dairy' as it used to be the warehouse for the milking bottling plant of A.J. Stephenson Dairy.

It is 2,000 square feet of living space with 400 square feet of deck and another 4,800 square feet in a 'coach house' that doesn't seem to be developed.

It was listed at $2,499,000.

Riiiiight.

I didn't sell and by mid-January, the price was dropped...

To $2,349,900.

I still thought it was going to be a tough sell.

It has now had another drop...

To $2,250,000.

Looks like they're sticking with over $2 million...

Which means another drop.
