In September, I posted this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 50 x147 foot lot across from the park at 167 Havelock Street in Dufferin Grove.

I loved the look of the house, but I knew it wouldn't be for everyone.

Inside, it was a little knob and tubey but with some work, it could be amazing.

But the listing said...

Excellent building potential with severance potential and .6 times density allowing a dwelling of 4,400 sf.

So, it was being sold as a tear down!?!?!?!?!?!  I did NOT think this was a tear down.

It was listed at $1,895,000.

It sold yesterday...

For $1,820,000.

Please don't be a tear down.
