Almost a year ago, I posted this 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 308.54 x 827.15 foot ravine lot at 28 Valleyanna Drive in Valleyanna.
It was a house that reminded me of an interstate rest stop in Pennsylvania...
With a really nice garden.
But inside, it was AMAZING.
It was a full, untouched flashback to the 60s that still looked great today.
I was into the tile, the coffee tables were amazing, the closets looked current.
And there was an incredible bar...
It was first listed in September 2014 for $18,000,000.
When I posted it in November, the price had been dropped to $16,800,000.
I thought that even though this 6 acre property was probably one of the best in the city, the street wouldn't be for everyone. It is just a little isolated.
And that price was a little high.
By the time I posted it again in March, the price had been dropped to $15,500,000.
By July, the price was down to $12,800,000.
When I posted the drop in September, I said that if we didn't see a sale in the next month, we would probably see another drop in mid-October.
Instead, there was a sale.
This house sold last week...
For $12,800,000.
Wonder if they threw in the furniture.
