This house was on the market for 3 months.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 90 foot lot at 40 Heydon Park Road in Dufferin Grove and I first posted it in July.

It was initially listed at $1,049,000 which, considering that the renovated neighbour at 42 Heydon Park Road...

Sold for $910,000 a little over 2 years ago...

Making it a $1,100,000 house today...

Then this house without a reno and an apartment building overlooking the backyard, but 1 parking spot was probably priced right at $1,049,000.

But a week later, they raised the price to $1,149,000.

In mid September, the price was dropped to $1,098,000.

It finally sold...

For $1,075,000.

Should have just stuck with the first price.
