AND IT WENT FOR - 96 MAJOR STREET - HARBORD VILLAGE

About a month and a half ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 14.35 x 80 foot lot at 96 Major Street in Harbord Village.

It was a flip done by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments).

And like their other flips, they did a good job.

There were some things like the open washer/dryer and the fact that the kitchen felt claustrophobic that I wasn't crazy about.

And because it was a row house and I had thought it didn't have parking (apparently it does!)...

The $1,399,000 asking price was a little high.

I thought it was more of a $1,275,000 house but that it would probably sell closer to $1,325,000...maybe $1,345,000.

It didn't and the price was dropped 2 weeks later to $1,379,000.

And again a week after that for $1,298,000.

And again last week to $999,000.

It sold on Monday...

For $1,185,000.
