It was a mid-century bungalow that, on the inside, reminded me of the house at 74 Don River Boulevard in Lansing...
Or the house at 4 Medalist Road in Saint Andrews...

Or a smaller (much smaller) and darker version of the house that I posted yesterday at 28 Valleyanna Drive...
That house finally sold last week for $12,800,000.
This house was listed a week ago at $899,900 and featured in the Globe and Mail 6 days ago.
Well, according to another reader...
It sold last night with 14 offers...
For $1,150,000.
And considering this is on a cul-de-sac that has no new builds...
(well, not really)
I think this might just stay as it is (with an update).
