PRICE DROP #2 - 75 South Drive - ROSEDALE
This is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 49.18 x 184.14 foot lot at 75 South Drive in south Rosedale.
The first time I posted it was in February 2013 after it had been gutted and flipped.
This is what it looked like in 2010 when the asking price was $2,950,000...
When it was listed in 2013, the asking price was $6,250,000. Though it was a good reno, at that price, I thought it was going to be on the market for a while.
It sold 2 days after I posted it for $6,000,000.
I was shocked.
Almost 2 years later, it was back on the market for $6,495,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in March to $6,250,000...the February 2013 asking price.
It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again...
To $6,195,000.
