PRICE DROP #3 - 96 Major Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

At the beginning of September, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 14.35 x 80 foot lot at 96 Major Street in Harbord Village.

It was a flip with a lot of similarities to the flips done by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments)...

But this thing...

Was the confirmation that this was another one of their flips.

And like their other flips, I liked this one for the most part.  

It had great lights, wallpaper, the floors were great...

I just thought the price for a row house of this width that had no parking was a little high.

It was listed at $1,399,000.

I thought this was probably a $1,275,000 house, but that it would probably sell around $1,325,000...maybe $1,345,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped later in December to $1,379,000.

And again at the end of September to $1,298,000.

The price has just been dropped again...

To $999,000.

Ummm....
