From the front, it reminds me a lot of the house at 337 Cleveland Street in Davisville Village...
But inside, they are a little different.
They both have the streamlined, white kitchen, but this house has all concrete floors. So, if you aren't into concrete floors, this would be a deal breaker. But if you do like them, this house is amazing.
I'm not crazy about the sinks in the kid's bathroom and the basement bathroom. Otherwise, the bathrooms are great. There is a large bright basement that walks out to the large backyard, and an amazing indoor pool with a huge wall of windows that opens to the outside.
When it was listed last week as the blogTO House of the Week, they pointed out that there is no garage and as they said...

This house was listed at $2,400,000.
It sold in a week...
For $2,315,000.
Interesting location for that price...
But this house, with that yard...
It might be worth it.
