AND IT WENT FOR - 203 Seaton Street - MOSS PARK
At the end of September, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.25 x 101.08 foot lot at 203 Seaton Street in Moss Park.
It was a house that I had posted in February 2013 when the listing photo looked like this...
It had looked like this in 2011...
So I assumed it had undergone some work before 2013.
The house was listed at $899,900. It sold in March 2013 for $875,000.
At the end of September, it was listed again with basically no changes, not even new paint. The asking price was $1,099,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $1,065,000.
It sold after 20 days on the market...
For $1,050,000.
