I love this place.
It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 1.5 acre lot with 75 foot frontage in Clearview.
But unless you agree that this is actually a bedroom...
It's really a 3 bedroom house with an office space and this large family room...
Which could be the master bedroom as there is an ensuite bathroom and the first floor bedroom could become the family room, or an office. Or it could become a proper 4th bedroom if you are willing to give up the family room.
I'm trying to decide if I like the red exterior and the more I look at it, the more I'm loving it.
But I'm not super crazy about the red tile wall in the master bath.
But I love the orange tile in the kid's bathroom and the white tile in the family room bath.
And with the theme of red throughout, I love that they used a bunch of tomotoes for staging instead of lemons .
Basically, as I said, I love this place.
The yard is huge and is big enough for a pool...
If you don't want to swim in the pond...
And it is only an 8 minute drive the ski hills if that is your thing too.
It's listed at $1,400,000.
I'm not sure when it was listed...
But I can't imagine this will sit for long.
