AND IT WENT FOR - 41 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE
Earlier today, I posted the sale of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coach house at 59A Admiral Road in the Annex...
It had been listed at $1,595,000.
After selling for asking but then getting relisted about a day later, the price was dropped to $1,495,000 and it finally sold for $1,475,000.
I had thought it could sell for $1,895,000.
So, when I posted this house in October the day after my first post of the Annex coach house, and pointed out that is was also a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coach house on basically the same amount of land, but was not as up-to-date...
I thought that it was probably going to be WAY overpriced at $2,250,000.
But it wasn't as overpriced as I thought.
Last week, it had a price drop to $1,890,000. I thought it was still a little too high especially if 59A Admiral had to drop their price and it was in an arguably better location for the person who would be buying a house like this.
But the priece wasn't as off as I thought.
This house sold two days after I posted the drop...
For $1,825,000.
