AND IT WENT FOR - 59R Admiral Road - ANNEX (UPDATE!!!)

A week ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coach house on a 40 x 60 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 59R Admiral Road in the Annex.

I loved it.

There were a lot of elements about the house that I wasn't loving like the stairs that were on a diagonal, the tile in the bathrooms, the odd kitchen addition at the front, the kitchen counter, the microwave above the stove...

But I still loved the feel of it.

It was listed at $1,595,000.

I thought, given the location, that it had 2 parking spots, and there was good outdoor space that someone else was going to be really into it as well and that it would sell for $1,850,000.

It sold, but not as high as I thought.

This house sold in 7 days...

For $1,595,000.

UPDATE:   When I saw that this house was back on the market, I thought to myself...

What the...

!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Turns out, this house never sold!!!  It was an error in reporting.

So....maybe this will sell for $1,850,000 after all.
