983 Dundas Street East - LESLIEVILLE
In my last post, I mentioned a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse condo at 25 Oxley Street TH3 at King and Spadina. It was a replica of the neighbouring condo at 25 Oxley Street TH4 that was listed in October.
They were listed at $899,900 and $887,900 respectively with $598/month fees.
This is a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house located on the other side of the city in the Lofts on Degrassi Park in Leslieville that was completed almost 3 years ago.
It has a similar layout to the lofts on Oxley with the 2 storey living room (in this case it's being used as the dining room).
I had thought those condos were fairly bright until I saw the listing for this place. This place is super bright and makes the Oxley lofts seem very gloomy.
Plus, this place is a lot bigger.
Like the Oxley condos, this town house has its own garage. It has light floors with white walls and a bright kitchen. Basically, I like all of it...
Except the closet doors...
Flat panelled white wood doors would look so much better. Or maybe black. I feel like that wood veneer could be peeled off.
Otherwise this is a great condo that could be for a single person or couple, or for a young family. And this could appeal to a family with the location so close to a playground...
The asking price is $899,800 (with monthly condos fees of $198).
It is listed just $100 less than the current Oxley condo that is for sale.
Sure, they are in 2 very different locations...
But if location weren't a thing, this place wins hands down.
