Last week, I posted

this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25.04 x 127.47 foot lot at 664 Hillsdale Avenue West in Davisville Village.

It was a dated house, but it could be a great house without tearing it down.

Outside, it reminded me of the house at

And the inside reminded me of the house at 128 Sherwood Avenue...

sold for $1,900,000.

This house was listed at $1,150,000.

I thought it could be a great house with a renovation, not a tear down, and that it would probably sell closer to $1,275,000.

It sold on Monday with multiple offers...

For $1,510,888.

As the reader who sent it in the sold price said...
