PRICE DROP - 44 Mayfield Avenue - SWANSEA
In December, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 27 x 115.33 foot lot at 44 Mayfield Avenue in Swansea.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
And had an awesome fireplace that looked like this...
It was listed in April 2015
for $899,000 with an increase 6 days later to $969,000. It sold (not sure for how much). it was flipped, and it was back on the market in November for $1,799,900.
When I posted it in December, the asking price was down to $1,699,900.
But considering that it was only 3 bedrooms and, at that price range people want 4 bedrooms, I thought it would have another drop.
It did.
The new asking price is $1,688,888.
Not sure that's going to help.
