Last week, I posted

this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 27 x 127 foot lot with a detached car and parking for 2 more cars at 20 Garden Avenue in Roncesvalles

It was a house that immediately reminded me of the house at

705 Richmond Street West in Niagara

Both were bungalows at the front with an addition at the back.

Except the Niagara house was more up to date and the addition was 3 stories.  This house only has a 1 1/2 storey addition.  And it could use some updating to the floors, the kitchen, and the basement.

But it had a lot of potential.

It was listed at $899,000.

I thought that because of the large lot that it could perhaps sell for $913,000...maybe more.

after 8 days on the market...
