this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 31 x 160 foot lot at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth.
It was a converted 'Dairy' warehouse with 2,100 square feet of living space with another 4,800 square feet in an undeveloped coach house.
It was
first listed in December 2014 for $2,499,000. I thought it was a little high.
In January 2015, the
price was dropped to $2,349,900
and again
to $2,250,000 in September 2015. And again in
When I posted it on Tuesday, the price had been dropped again a week earlier to $1,999,000.
I still thought it would be tough.
Turns out, it
the day I posted it...
For $2,200,000.
