49 Chestnut Park - ROSEDALE
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 32.5 x ? foot lot at 49 Chestnut Park in Rosedale.

and they did a great job. I am not sure what it looked like before, but it is now done top to bottom and done really well.
It may be a too little monochrome in the styling, and walking right into the dining room might not be ideal for some. But there is no denying that it looks great and the finishes are amazing.
It is currently set up as a 2 bedroom house with a third floor study but a wall and a door could be added to make it another room.
But with that backyard, I don't really see this as a family home or a home needing 3 bedrooms. It's just all driveway and a lot of pea gravel (why didn't they continue the stone). As it is now, there is only room for a small table so not ideal for little kids.
