In May, I posted
this 6+2 bedroom, 8 bathroom semi on a 25.33 x 127 foot lot at 2204 Queen Street East in the Beaches.
It was a 6-plex with what must have been really small units.
And it is a house with a tree basically leaning against the porch. The reader who sent in the sale (thanks!) pointed out that
the owner tried to get rid of the tree in 2014

Clearly without any success.
Which could be the reason this house was on the market for so long.
When I posted it in May, the asking price was $1,288,000. In January, the price was dropped to $1,199,000.
