AND IT WENT FOR - 139 Ronan Avenue - BEDFORD PARK

In November, I posted

this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 22 x 146 foot lot at 139 Ronan Avenue in Bedford Park.

I wasn't crazy about the front of the house, but I really liked the inside...

Especially the living room...

And that paint colour that was like the entryway of the condo at

In November, this house was listed at $1,495,000.

I thought it would sell fast and probably right around list.

Well, I guess it didn't sell or it was taken of the market for some reason because it was listed again a week ago.

The asking price was $1,499,000.

It

sold

in 6 days...

For $1,585,000.
