PRICE DROP - 90 Lonsdale Road - DEER PARK

At the beginning of May, I posted

this 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 21 x 109 foot lot at 90 Lonsdale Road in Deer Park.

It wasn't a huge house, but it was fully renovated with 2 parking spots. 

But because of the parking, this is what the backyard looked like...

And the bedrooms were not very big...

I thought that MAYBE, just maybe,  this would need a price drop.

It was listed at $2,100,000.

It needed a drop.

And as of today, the price is now down...

To $1,920,000.

That's it!?!

This is not a big house.  It will have another drop.
